This 6119-8140 is very nice! It’s the rare model that was worn by soldiers during the Vietnam war. This is rare because it is the Arabic-dialed version of the watch. Recently serviced with new top and lower mainspring arbor jewels, seals and crystal. Here is the youtube video of the restoration
