This is an original freshly-restored “pepsi” Seiko 7548-700B. This variant was the JDM version. It has a Kanji / English daywheel. Caseback date is December 1978. Dial is dated October 1978. The best thing about this watch is the beautiful slightly cream dial and hand lume, which is genuine and rare to see. These 7548s and related 630x’s generally don’t get this tan lume - they either stay bone white or turn grey.

Fully and freshly serviced, with the center wheel hole upgraded with a jewel. Accuracy has been adjusted into the 100ths of a second per day accuracy.

• New KVW 320W34GA00 crystal

• All sealing surfaces excellent; no pitting of any kind.

• Crown tube threads are perfect and undamaged, ditto for the crown.

• Case shows wear, with signs of an active life, but no abuse or serious dinks.

• Insert is clean and unfaded, and shows nice character.

• Insert pip is present and original.

• Bezel action is smooth and clicky. Very nice.
