This is a cool Seiko dress watch from December 1979, I believe. Could be ‘89, but that seems a bit late.

• I sincerely believe this watch hasn’t ever been worn.more than a few times.

• Entirely original to itself.

• Dial / hands / lume are excellent

• Case brushing and lines are excellent

• Ditto for the black plastic TV shroud.

• 38.5 wide without crown, 39.5 lug to lug, 31.5 top to bottom of the black TV ‘frame”.

• Bracelet is full length.

• Caseback still has the original caseback stickers - both the blue one and also the smaller oval “passed” one.

• Seiko 822x movments are excellent quality - made in the same time frame and with the same approach as the 754x movements. 4 jewels, all-metal train, hacking. Best of all, they come with a variable trimmer. This watch is capable of very tight accuracy.
